When do you send my order?

All orders received before 19: 30hrs will be shipped the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the Netherlands), you will receive a confirmation of your order and a shipping confirmation with your UPS tracking number.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders shipped by UPS Express Saver, for delivery in 24hrs in most countries, 2 to 3 days for some locations. When placing your order, with your zip code you can be sure how long it will take to get your package.
Delivery times are only to be used as information. Once the package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays by the carrier.

Can I pick up my order in your warehouse?

Only by appointment with your sales manager.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments with the main credit cards, bank transfer, Paypal, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc)  and cash on delivery.

Can I buy on credit?

At the moment we do not sell on credit.
