WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All our products have 12 months warranty (unless otherwise mentioned in the product information).

 PLEASE TEST AND CHECK THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU INSTALL IT.

 What is not covered under warranty?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept the product under warranty

conditions in the following cases:

• Without our stamp or labels.
• The Flex wrongly folded.
• Damaged by wrong manipulation.
• LCD not working/broken.

What if the package is damaged during transport?

Please refuse the package; if you accept it, you have 48 hours to contact us for a return authorization.

Wrong parts received?

Please inform us within 48 hours after receiving the package.

RMA PROCEDURE

• Log in to your account in the webshop. Click on “RMA” and then on “RMA requests”.
• Select your order number.
• Remove all products from the list that you DON’T want to return.
The products that remain are your RMA products.
• Describe (in the text field) as thorough as possible why the product is returned.
• Confirm the message with the “Send” button.
• Our team will receive your request and follow up with you.
• Once the product is received and approved, you will receive a credit note

(if necessary) you should order the product again.
